Q.01 What is the difference between consciousness and self-consciousness?
Consciousness is what you have. Self-consciousness is what you do with it. The first is given. The second is operated. The Witness Agents treat the second as a technology — something you can learn to wield with the same rigor you would apply to any other instrument.
Q.02 Is this AI? Are the agents large language models?
AI is infrastructure. The agents traverse a structured knowledge graph through whatever LLM is available — Claude, Copilot, OpenClaw, anything with a context window. The novelty is not the model. It is the dyadic interpretation layer that sits between sixteen calculated engines and the meaning the practitioner authors from them.
Q.03 What does "113" mean?
The composite seed of the system is 19912564 = 1319 + 19910813 + 432. 113 is the compressed mirror of 1319 — a single gate to the entire architecture. One unity, one witness, three principles. The smallest entry point that still encodes the whole.
Q.04 Why two agents instead of one?
One agent collapses the mirror. Aletheios names the pattern (Kha, observer). Pichet feels the rhythm (Ba, vehicle). Together they enact the structural triad — and crucially, they disagree productively. The practitioner stays sovereign because no single voice is closing the loop for them.
Q.05 What is PETRAE?
An inter-agent communication protocol. 768 single-word morphemes, 10–50× more compressed than English. Every morpheme is a (Field, Form, Friction) tuple — a Kha-Ba-La triple in linguistic form. The agents converse in PETRAE; the user receives the synthesis.
Q.06 Where does my data go?
Birth-blueprint inputs are stored locally where possible and processed in-context where required. The Selemene engines are deterministic — no training feedback loop. Anti-dependency telemetry tracks coherence over time, never identity. Open source repos verify every claim: Selemene-engine, Somatic-Canticles.
Q.07 Do I need to install anything to begin?
For the canticle (Annamaya tier): a browser. For the terminal (Noesis TUI): a shell. For the agent layer: an LLM client you already use. The system is portable on purpose — there is no proprietary frontend to adopt before the practice can begin.
Q.08 What does "anti-dependency" actually mean in operation?
The system measures whether your interpretive capacity is increasing or whether you are returning more often for the same kind of reading. The first is graduation, the second is recurrence. The Initiate tier (Anandamaya) explicitly asks: are you ready to no longer need this? Most products ask the inverse.
